Exhaust fan can be a bit loud, I would recommend insulating the exhaust hose with some foam, which will reduce the sound greatly. I tried this, and now it is no louder than a window air conditioner ; Heavy (challenging to bring up a flight of stairs)

The exhaust hoses could be a little longer and the clips that hold the hoses to the window adapter could be better designed. Not really a problem because the window it is in is very small, so I had to cut and custom install the adapter plates.

For the price it cannot be beat. Was easy to set up, and get running. First day at 85deg and humid, I wondered how well it would do in my room and it does keep it comfortable. Windows covered with room darkening curtains. Good so far.

Will have to rived exhaust to outlet window panel as snaps are not the best, also for economy sake I will wrap the exhaust pipes.

this unit is huge! the exhaust kit is a joke and has already begun to melt and warp from the sunlight hitting the window. exhaust kit made for sliding window, horizontal or vertical, not for push out windows.
