Unit did not have any software included/ It worked with my WinXP, but when I upgraded to Win8, it no longer works. I have tried several times to get the software with the company to no avail. Did not work with Mac either. Worthless now without software?

Not the best. It squeaks a lot while playing CDs & the remote is almost worthless. The only reason I don't send it back is because it does the minimal job that I need it for. If you're looking for quality this isn't what you want.
