Can't get both DVI ports to work

HP's website is horrifically bad. I've searched for support and their website can't even find the model number of this docking station. I can't find any links to email or online chat with their support staff either. I pretty much had to get this...

The usual pros of any docking station. You can connect to a bunch of cables just by setting the laptop on it and pushing down to click in one large connector

Well, this is frustrating. I can only get one of the DVI ports to work. This docking station has a lot of ports but I don't really need most of them. The important ones to me are the two DVI connections and the VGA connection. Unfortunately I can only...
