DVD player is not working but unit is being replaced by Curry's once new stock comes in

Overall Very pleased but see bad points

I have my unit mounted above my tv in a flyover shelf and there is no button on the remote to open the DVD tray. Must be done manually standing on tip toe to see relevant button

Over all a superb sound quality and a ground shaking sub picture quality 10/10

Very slow changing thought the different features. Secondly the arc 4 doesn't operate very well with sky Q
