I purchased this over 6 months ago! The picture is always snowy, and it don't zoom in enough! I have used mine 4 times. And have been looking at new camcorders to purchase! Because this was a huge disappointment!!

I foung this to be such a great camera until we went on vacation and once in the water it stopped working and we came home one day after the 30 day mark such a disappointment
