Insta360 Nano

The Insta360 Nano is an inexpensive 360-degree video camera, but you'll need an iPhone 6 or newer to edit and share the footage.

Compact. Inexpensive. Records with or without phone. Dual lens 360-degree video and stills. Saves video to microSD.

Choppy live streaming experience. Footage shows heavy color fringing. Internal mic struggles with wind. iPhone 6 or later required for app and video editing. Must be charged separately from phone. Requires removal of phone case to connect. Upside-down...

Conclusions At just $200, the Insta360 Nano is one of the most affordable 360-degree cameras we've seen. But it comes with a lot of caveats. You need an iPhone 6 or newer to make use of the device, video quality is underwhelming, and audio is unusable...

Insta360 Nano Review: 360-degree Fun for iPhone Owners

iPhone users who are looking for a fun little 360-degree camera will find a lot to like in the Insta360 Nano. It fit easily into a pocket, takes pretty good images for the price, and makes them easy to share via social media. Like the Samsung Gear 360,...

Small slim design ; Works with or without phone ; Comes with VR viewer ; Livestreams to Facebook and YouTube

App requires you to turn phone upside-down ; iOS only app[ Only connects to iPhone 6 and later

This iPhone accessory lets you take pretty good 360-degree photos and videos for less than $200.

Insta360 Nano

If you own an iPhone and want to get into capturing VR-friendly 360-degree video, the Insta360 Nano is one of the easiest ways to get started. It's a simple iPhone attachment that houses dual cameras and connects to your iPhone through the lightning...

The Insta360 Nano is a quick and easy-to-use 360-degree camera – but video quality and the accompanying app are poor.

Insta360 Nano review: The 360-degree camera for iPhone

If you use Facebook, you'll have slowly noticed a number of "360" videos appearing in your timeline - videos that encompass a full 360-degree view and put you in control of the playback navigation. For £199 the Insta360 Nano is a dinky little bolt-on...

Small size, price betters some competitors, ease of sharing videos

App still rough around the edges, YouTube live streaming complicated to set up at first, not great for low-light

For £199 the Insta360 Nano is a dinky little bolt-on for the iPhone that gives you 360-degree photos and video quickly and easily without breaking the bank. We love the fact you can snap and share quickly, and although a bit cumbersome, share live...

Insta360 Nano is a cute and affordable 360-degree camera

It's doesn't give you the best image quality, but this pocketable iPhone-only 360-degree camera gets the job done.

Insta360 Nano review

This clever little mod transforms your iPhone into a VR camera

Cheaper than other 360° rivals ; Bundled with a headset ; Easier to use, arguably, as it plugs directly in

The lens is a bit delicate ; Lightning dock leaves older iPhones behind

Probably the easiest way yet to take 360° photos and videos. If you’ve got an iPhone and have any interest in VR, this is one to watch

Review: insta360 nano 360 camera for iPhone

As a reporter who needs to cover various events and who is constantly taking pictures of products. I'm always on the lookout for new cameras, recorders and equipment and tools that can improve my content and help me capture the essence of stories.

What the insta360 nano offers for its small size and price ($199) is quite outstanding. Taking the processing power and ease of use of the iPhone (version 6 and up only), insta360 nano gives anyone the ability to shoot engaging and immersive 360 videos...

Insta360 Nano Review

I'm a sucker for trends when it come to the latest gadgets, and when a colleague showed me his Insta360 Nano, I just knew I had to get my hands on one. 360 photos and VR is all the trend, and this craze has also been spurred on by social media...

The Insta360 Nano may not be the best around when it comes to photo and video quality, and ease of use, but the low price tag makes it very appealing. I picked mine up for HK$1099 which is more than half the price of the Rocoh Theta S. With the...

This gadget turns your iPhone into a 360 camera, but it has some quirks

Some software issues ruin an otherwise pretty good iPhone accessory.

Small and portable ; Solid photo and video quality ; Good battery life

Random prompts in Chinese ; Not always user-friendly ; Can't easily capture a photo from a distance

The Insta360 Nano needs some software tweaks to truly impress.
