Easy to learn how to use.

Image quality specialy photos is bad, The dicsc which came with the camcorder, is no good and i have no control of what i want to down load on to my computer and what frames i do'nt like. i dont know how to update the cam software and your support is bad.

1. Is not supplied with it's own carry case 2. Software is not compatible for windows 7 64 bit 3. If software disc lost or broken, difficult to download (in my case impossible) 4. Still picture resolutions is far to low, poor quality photo

I can no longer use my fiewire to get my footage onto my computer. I have been told this is a common fault. this is a shame because it is a value for money camera. i have only had it 16 months before this broke! so maybe not so good value if i need to...
