HTC Ozone (Verizon Wireless)

The HTC Ozone offers worldwide roaming, along with fast performance, solid battery life, and a classy look for a mere $49 with contract.

True world phone at a bargain price. Includes 3G and Wi-Fi radios. Classier look and better keyboard than the Sprint version. Excellent battery life. Snappy performance.

Creaky OS. No standard-size headphone jack. Weak software bundle.

HTC Ozone (Verizon Wireless) review: HTC Ozone (Verizon Wireless)

The HTC Ozone offers an e-mail and messaging-centric feature set that includes EV-Do Rev. A, Wi-Fi, GPS and support for overseas GSM networks. Call quality is quite respectable.

The HTC Ozone's controls and keypad don't have the best design. Also, it lacks HTC's Inner Circle feature, the volume level is low and GSM data support tops out at EDGE.

Though its plastic design and photo quality are unchanged, the HTC Ozone offers a more affordable price tag, improved features, and better voice quality than its Sprint HTC Snap counterpart.

HTC Ozone

The HTC Ozone with its slim form factor and green keys is a departure from some of the more bulkier form factor smartphones that many think of when they think about a Windows Mobile phone. The smartphone sports a Windows Mobile 6.1 OS, 3G connectivity,...

HTC Snap

Road warriors looking for a cheap messaging-focused smartphone should consider the Snap. Anyone who values media, social networking or regular web browsing should look elsewhere.

Solid messenger, including Inner Circle, Good battery life, Full connectivity options

Cramped QWERTY, Jogball lacks accurate, smooth movement, Web browsing could be better

Quick Review: HTC Ozone Review

This article will tell you the good and the bad bits about HTC's smartphone 'Ozone'. The phone will surprise you in some areas but is utterly predictable in others. This phone has been the first in a long time to really catch my eye.

HTC Ozone Review

The HTC Ozone is a mid-priced phone with a good array of messaging and connectivity features. It is, however, limited in terms of multimedia functions.

HTC Snap

With HTC's focus on higher-end touch screen devices such as its Touch line, it's good to see they haven't forgotten the tried and true, perennially popular candy bar QWERTY, a design which continues to hold its own as Blackjacks, BlackBerries and...

Hard-working business smartphone

"I'll take the Verizon handset's world phone capability and lower price any day," PCMag.com's Jamie Lendino says, expressing his preference of the HTC Ozone over Sprint's HTC Snap (Discontinued). The two smartphones are both business-oriented...
