Bodum Assam Tea Press

I had seen similar designs but they were smaller and made of plastic (not practical and probably not healthy.) When I came upon this glass tea pot with the infuser/press I bought it. And - i love it!

My husband drinks lots of tea - Chinese, Kenyan, Earl Grey and they all do wonderfully in this pot. We don't use the press part often as we keep adding more hot water to the pot. It works wonderfully for larger leaf Chinese tea all the way down to...

Makes three cups of tea...two for me, one for my husband...perfect!! It's nice being able to keep an eye on the strength of the brew through the clear glass.

Great teapress. Stylish design that is useful and gets the job done like it describes. Only complaint is that it doesn't keep the tea hot as long as it should in between cups.

I received this teapot for my bridal shower and I absolutely love it. It is much better than having a teaball for a single cup of tea.
