Looks a great machine, but is awkward to use with low capacity tank. Tank difficult to fill without splashing water , and awkward to replace on machine. My machine appears to be faulty as some pods it does not pierce and water pours out all over...

Life's just that little bit less colourful when everything has to be decaf so thank goodness for Dolce Gusto. This is excellent coffee and makes the best Americanos, cappuccinos and lattes I have tasted in a long while. And I get to make them at home!...

No Instructions in English but followed the diagram and the water does not heat up. Electric is flowing green light goes for 2 minutes then switches itself off. Completely ruined by sister Xmas pressie
