Gave our first one to my son and bought another. Both rarely need a service, have never failed and produce an excellent coffee; better in fact than most cafes that charge $5 for little better than instant. You need a bit of space as it's large.

Works well. The results aren't as strong as my previous pot but it's close. Very pretty and I love that it's stainless. Sturdy too. Handle gets warm but not too hot unless it's over the flame. Love This.
