I am very pleased with this item. I can make a pot of tea while my husband has a pot of coffee. We use one side at a time and can brew two different kinds of coffee or tea. It is very efficient. I love it.

I fell in love with it. It made coffee. It got dirty. I cleaned it with a mild soap. Now there are stains all over it and the chrome is ruined. Not worth the trouble for what this costs. Not happy with this purchase for how expensive it was.

For the price you can't loose. Don't know why all the other reviews had problems. I keep this one in my work shop. So its common for abuse to happen. But six years later its still kicking makes good expresso, no problem.
