Awesome Coffee

 

The few minor cons pail compared to how awesome this coffee maker is. I'm someone that really enjoys his coffee and totally love this maker.

Makes amazing coffee. Gold screen mesh screen works great. The auto start/off and other features really make it the best coffee maker I've owned. Previously owned a Melitta gind and brewer, and various other types, this one is by far the best

Lots of things to clean afterward and it can be a little loud while brewing (close to a hair dryer). Instead of just beeping when it's done brewing it should play a tune

Not bad, but too many parts to clean

 

Overall not a bad machine, but I like to keep my coffee makers clean and this thing has just too many moving parts to keep clean after each brew.

Makes good coffee, most of the time. Keeps it warm for hours in the thermos. I like that it doesn't use power to keep it warm. Grind nicely

Too many parts to clean after brewing. Difficult to fill with water without spilling some. Filter basket is a little small and sometimes grounds overflow the top and into the coffee. Also, removing the pot while brewing will make the small filter...

when it works is the best but only has a life of a year to a year and a hallf

after about 18 months (have had 3) an internal spring breaks and the filter door opens and water and coffee spill all over
