Extremely Disapointed

 

I have used Newegg for several years. This is the first time that I feel that I have not got what I paid for.

Unit works well

No Gold filter. Why are we being short changed? The description says that it comes with it ; Manual does not suggest how many spoons of ground coffee should be used for each cup of coffee prepared
