I haven't found any yet. I have been using this pot for about a month and it is now broken in, No plastic flavor, and that takes about a week. I guess you could run water through it several times, but the coffee was good from the start

Had this for a year now and still works like the day I got it. Makes a good cup of coffee

Water filters are a little hard to find but not a big problem

No drip spout. Snap off lid makes for EASY cleaning and rinsing of the carafe. Makes a full carafe in mere minutes. Never over heats and burns the coffee. Easy to program. Easy, easy, easy. I use it every day

Controls are a little different until you get used to them but its only a small learning curve and the lid to the croft is kind of a pain to put back on once you take it of but over all worth the money
