I gave it very high marks BUT.........2 weeks later the Bean grinding mechanism failed, making horrible noises and no amount of applying manufacturer's suggested problem-solving actions would change it. Unfortunately having bought in the UK and moved...

The machine looks great. Easy to follow instructions. Can tailor your coffee to suit your own taste.

The milk does not get hot enough. Not all cups will fit under the machine.

Latte making really easy with milk frother. Milk container quick and easy to use and stores in fridge

Taller latter glasses don't fit under the nozzles. We get around this easily by using a jug and decanting the latte into the pre-warmed glass.
