worked great for 2 weeks then steamer failed to work at all and coffee making part very sluggish and leaks +++ in fairness despite overall poor performance the quality of coffee produced is ok

machine very noisy and sounded like it was struggling almost from new (should have returned it but life too short) has always leaked substantially but could live with that if rest of it ok but very disappointed steamer packed in so quickly.

Great coffee, milk warmer/frother, nice neat machine that looks professional, good price Got this as a present and we are both pleased with it

Simple to make a good espresso, no messing about.

need more Wight to stable the machine so dos not cheek.

Simple to use and effective for the espresso coffee for a couple of cups. I use a small jug to collect the coffee as there not much space under the head to fit two cups.

You can either espresso coffee or use the steam vent, not both as it takes a while to recover. I use the microwave to heat the milk, then an AeroLatte whisk to froth the milk, whilst the espresso is made. If your making more than a couple of cups...

Makes great espresso. Crema is very good

vibrates with some china cups so a bit noisy

No advice on purchase of pods. Had to get mail order ese not stocked by retailer .

A little tricky doing up and undoing coffee holder during operation. Cofffee frother nozzle a bit fiddly to remove and replace for cleaning
