Consumer review (coffeegeek.com)

We looked closely at a LOT of machines before buying and have no regrets. I'd do it again!

Can I really score this machine so high in every category? YES I CAN! It's extremely well built (I know, I took it apart), looks very attractive, works great, and yet costs well below the $1500 range. I wouldn't have expected a machine at this price...

Great value. This machine looks impressive and works equally well. Consistent temperature and pressure. It consistently pulls great shots -- with lots of frothy crema

So far, I have found nothing I dislike about it

A great espressomaker with fantastic looks at a bargain price.

After having experimented with home espresso machines for 15 years,I was never really satisfied. The Isomac Millenium changed all that. It allows me to froth and make espresso without waiting for a cool down, it has the right temperature to make perfect...

This machine does everything I want a semi commercial product to do: water is hot and stays that way, easy to use and beautiful to behold, noise level when pump is on rather low; quality of espresso and crema excellent after calibration of grind and...

so far, I found no negatives

solidly built machine, looks awesome in the Kitchen, great value, consistent pressure and temperature, no noise

Can get too hot if left on unused for a time

Low total cost of ownership, ultra high confidence and satisfaction.

I bought this machine halfway through college. Although i did not have very much money, it made more sense to me to go prosumer than spend $300 - $500 on a machine i would always think was a compromise. After plenty of research I decided on the...

Beautiful ; Easy to use ; Great to perfect shots every time ; Professional quality ; All good thickness stainless steel

Can get too hot if left on unused for a time

The looks are only surpassed by the performance, run don't walk to get your's now.

Although I am not an expert barista I have owned and used previous machines enough to know this machine rocks. The learning curve seems to be alot less. With other machines in particular The Pasquini Livia and rancilio Lucy the temperature surfing was...

solidly built machine, large drip pan, two portafilter handles, easy learning curve compared to some others in it's class, looks awesome in the Kitchen, very consistent results

Removal of side and rear cover's are awkward ; I am only giving this a 9 in usability because of the cover removal process, otherwise it would be a 10

beautiful machine,beautiful espresso, beautiful people

This machine is a winner in both looks and the espresso it produces, and will be the most stunning applience in your home. This machine is easy to use and has a short learning curve. once you get your grind right for a 25 second shot your dialed in and...

Beautifull, Bangs out perfect shots no matter what you want... stop the viciouse upgrade circles, and buy one... you will be glad you did!

I was originally looking at the Silvia, but after seing one in action and reading about the work that goes into producing a good shot from one, i quickly realized that this was not really what i was looking for. I wanted a machine that i could...

You get what you expect (with alot of things today... your happy to get what you expect!!) ; LOOKS GORGEOUS (everyone who sees it drops their jaw) ; Makes AWSOME espressos & any milk based drink ; Huge drip tray ; Hot cup warmer ; Adjustable temps and...

The thing that bugs me the most about this machine is the knobs on the steam/water controlls and the porta filter handles (the newer version comes with the better knobs/handles), but i knew this buying the machine (and i got a good enough deal to buy...

Beautiful esthetics and excellent, flawless operation. It makes the best espresso too!

I bought this unit to use at home and moved my Starbucks Barista to the office. Out of the box this very heavy machine worked flawlessly. It is beautiful to look at, and now after some practice (1 day) I can make consistent drinks with this machine...

Produces the very best espresso shots and frothed milk, if used by an experienced operator. Construction is among the best. Excellent esthetics. Consistent temperatures and will deliver shots at the right temperature

Takes practice to master operation and achieve acceptable results. Not too many grips with this machine

Ambivalent; good machine for price, but unsure after 30 days if I made the right decision, and Chris' Coffee doesn't guarantee satisfaction.

I figure when you buy a machine of this class, you should pretty much fall in love with it, but so far, I am only lukewarm. I have called the dealer twice to try and return it, but he spends his time coaching me on my espresso technique and having me...

The Isomac Millenium a nice piece of eye candy for under a grand. It has professional-grade components, is one of the most reasonably priced dual heat exchange machines, and has a hot water spout for tea-making and cup-warming. If you want an...

It looks better in pictures than in real life. It doesn't seem to have the kind of precision that I had hoped for. The pump is loud and not pleasing to the ear in my opinion. I wasn't able to generate crema for about a month until I spent half an hour...

This review should balance out all the other reveiws which are very positive.

I have owned the machine for exactly 36 days now and have pulled approx. 2-3 espresso's per day. When the machine worked it was great! But that has all changed...... :-(

When the machine worked it was great, but now it is dead ; Aesthetically pleasing. Highly polished steel is beautiful

On exactly the 30th day my machine passed away
