Used this machine for very moderate use (under 10 cups/day) and it broke down after a few months. Good luck getting it fixed, because Jura Capresso customer service refuses to deal with "commerical" machines. They insist the dealer has to handle it....

I think the other rrater got a lemon ....I have 4 of these machines now and yes they do have a few problems due to the amount of calcium in the water here in australia but apart from that if you descale them every thousand cups it chugs along fine!...
