I've been waiting for it to break because I wanted to upgrade to the 75 model, but this thing won't break, and I use it on average 6 times a day. Never used any cleaning solutions or vinegar or anything- I just refill the tank and make coffee. I use...

Lasts for ever- 4 years and counting ( I've owned it since early 2010) Nothing to it, the coffee it makes is as good as the k-cup your using. Three cup sizes Fresh coffee every time. Quiet Programmable shut off timer.

Good but not Great

 

The coffee brewer is somewhat expensive as with the K-Cups, But really, the K-Cups are no more expensive than a cup of coffee at McDonalds.

Quick to make a cup of joe. Easy to use. Very convenient.

Have had problems not make a full cup of coffee. Sometimes I get coffee grinds in my coffee. The flavor from the K-Cups is very hard to taste, in my opinion, and still need to add coffee creamer. These are all common problems not cause by defective...
