Dealing with Nesspresso trying to get my free coffee. Almost impossible.They would not recognise number on machine. My son had the same trouble. Still don,t have free coffee voucher.

Found picture/diagram instructions a little confusing and took a few reads to understand necessary steps. Coffee could be a bit hotter - have to drink straight away otherwise goes cold quick

Makes a very good coffee - as good as your average coffee shop. Easy to use and maintain. Doesn't take up a lot of room and looks good. Auto Eco feature useful (goes into standby mode after 30 minutes) if you forget to turn off.

Noisy when water is being pushed through the capsule under pressure - but it only lasts a few seconds. You are tied in to generally ordering the capsules on-line at about 30p a capsule (plus postage) - no competition to drive prices down but I guess...

Best model in the Nespresso range - dead easy to use. The frother is excellent.

Only downside is being tied into Nespresso. Having said that their coffee is the best on the market and their service is first rate.
