Overall a product well worth the money paid for it. It is reliable and extremely easy to keep clean. The instructions are relatively easy to follow too.

The only downside is ensuring that when using the filter side, the filter paper does not fold over. Also, it would be sensible to perhaps provide a few filter papers to get you started.

Steamer is not great and you need to buy paper filters but at the price of the machine it's not a big deal

Has all of the features that I required at a very good price.

The product is a bit bulky and takes up quite a lot of space.

For real coffee lovers this machine is just great,you can make any type of coffee you fancy and also try lots of blends of coffee.

Simple easy to use and great value for money. You get what you pay for.

Low power for expreso. Water tank difficult to get in the correct position. Hot plate under the coffee pot turns itself off after an hour or so, so you can't keep the pot on for long periods.
