Clear class leader in the thermoblock segment. A good barista will make great espresso with this machine.

Extremely bad product quality which simply doesn't hold up to making approx 20x coffees a week in total.

 

Well where do I start...

This machine pulls an EXCELLENT SHOT OF COFFEE everytime ; Twin Thermoblock for Pulling Shot & Steaming Milk together if needed (not that I did this much) ; Customer Service Amazing

Terrible quality of the internals ; Been away for repair/replacement 4 times and needs to go back again (ARGH!)

We got this machine as a replace to a Krups. The Krups was the 3rd one in a month. So we went Sunbeam. The machine is very easy to set up and us. The large water tank at the back is great and can be filled either thru a door in the top or by removing...

Works very well. Never had any problems. Coffee it makes is very good quality, no burnt taste. Easy to use

The machine works well when you first get it. After a period the seal above the group fails. This is continues to do. One friend put in larger screws to hold the top plate on. But om my the second boiler failed as well as the group seal. nNot great...
