I love this product. It makes great Iced Tea. And it tastes good. It is worth the money too.

The holder for the sugar/sweetener does not get all the sugar when it runs. I recommend that you put your sweetener in the container then run it.

Had to get a tea maker that was easier to clean and also make a better glass of tea. Found in this tea maker.

It is easy to used and to clean.I like the different compartments and can be used by someone of various ages groups.I like that the maker has a part for sugar and simple to understand the instructions. It does not take too long to make tea.

I was looking forward to this tea maker with the base like it was. The pitcher ruins it. The pitcher does not poor well and tea spills down its side. I am very disappointed about this. West Bend You let me down on this one.
