The product is good. make sure you put a blanket or something under the sub woofer to preserve the sound for going downstairs.

The first set I ordered the left channel was out. Went to Radio Shack store for an exchange. No Problem. They work great for your computer with moderate volumes. If you want to sound like a concert they shell out more money for BOSE, etc

I was quite surprised by the sound quality. The midrange and highs were crisp and undistorted and the bass, I had to adjust because of its booming power. I wasn't expecting to be this impressed with a low end system, well worth the price.
