LIke it, but difficult to get range surface level

 

After some 15 years our old gas range, a 36 incher, finally died and we needed a new one. Unfortunately no 36 inch ranges are readily available, except one low end version. So, we were forced to look at 30 inch ranges. Being something of a gourmet ...

Nice looking, medium price for convection oven

Difficult to get levelcooking surface as burner grates are warped. Oven stains easily.
