BOSCH Model 7282 DEAD ON ARRIVAL DOA

Just got my Bosch range installed yesterday ..had a bosch range in my previous house.. was awesome... not the case this time.. the damn this is DOA..cant get a hold of Bosch...oven wont start only the burners work..control pad is f'd and i paid $2400...
