Very lightweight, works well and produces super curries. Simple controls (Off, High, Low) and a red light to show it's on. Can't get much simpler than that!

Best kitchen appliance bought in years, used it extensively since purchase. Food cooks really well, faster than times given in recipes. Food keeps well on warm setting and easy to clean after.

The fact that it is NOT electronic makes it a straight forward appliance with SUPERB temperature control and heat distribution. We bought 2 to sit side by side and both work better than any other ovens we have ever had. 100/100! Top quality.
