This is the first glass-top stove I've owned, so it is a little different getting used to cooking on it. It seems to take longer to boil water/foods, but am told this is true with glass tops. You do need the special cleaner to get the burners cleaned....

Does what it says on the tin and at the best price i found. Some were charging £20 or more so this was a great deal. Only way you could improve it is by adding the fitting instructions too.... but that would take the price up wouldn't it? ;0)
