The MC-1800 provides quick power with precise control making it a dream to cook on. I purchased this cook top after extreme frustration with a halogen cook-top. After 10 years cooking on gas, I was no doubt spoiled but regardless, I had had enough ...

Precise temperature control. Rapid heat when desired. Cool cook area. Easy to operate.

Bulky unit. Fan is fairly noisy. Temp control could be more graceful.
