I HAVE USED IT TWICE,FIRST FOR A SMALL ROAST AND ONCE FOR A SPLIT CHICKEN. THE CHICKEM WAS ENCREDIBLE, THE ROAST WAS DARK OUTSIDE, RED INSIDE.

This oven cooks with almost the speed of a microvave but with the added taste, appearance and texture of conventional oven cooking. Clean up is a breeze and this oven does not heat up the whole house when in use.
