The oven is great. It took a little getting used to since my previous GE convention oven controls were different. It is very easy to keep the outside clean. The roll out shelf feature makes it so easy to take hot dishes out without bumping the shelf.

Product works great, the only issue I have had is that the bottom rack is really hard to get in and slide in and out. I really like the enameled racks that I can leave in the oven while running the clean cycle. The clean cycle works really well also.

This oven replaces a 20 year old (fancy name braded) convection oven, on which the self cleaning function died some years ago. What an upgrade. Didn't even know till I got through installing it that it had remote control via smart phone app! What a plus.

easy to understand and use the controls - clean lines - good positioning of the controls - love that there are 6 postions for racks and 3 of them - heat and cooking time is true to degrees as to what is needed for recipes - love my new stove!!
