some of the burners dont really have any activity in between low and high settings. i.e., there really is no medium.

We love this cooktop. Been using for over a year now and it does a great job. Haven't suffered the knob problem yet, but they do seem kind of flimsy, just trying to be careful when turning them. The grates seem alright once you get them lined up right....

I have had my gas cooktop for 2 years now. And haven't had the problems with the knobs. I do have some minor scratches, but it's stainless steel. Power on all burners is great. I am very happy with my cooktop and will buy it again if I build again.
