Bottom Gear Rally

Top Gear Rally may have great and I mean great graphics ,but it's not what it's cracked up to be! It's very hard to control your car! You're lucky if you can make a curve! The cars are pretty stinky too. Though you can paint your own car you have to...

Wonderful graphics and you can control the weather

You need a controler pak to save and very bad controls

If you overlook some flaws, it's not bad.

Ok, I know this game is 3 years old. But even then, there are some things that should have been fixed in this game. TGR was pretty much the only real racing sim on the N64 at the time. And it does turn out to be that way, with some problems.

Excellent graphics and multiple driving conditions. Cool paint shop mode

Sound is a little too quiet and unrealistic. The physics are way off (Play GT2's

Still by far the best rally title on the system

Top Gear Rally, a first-generartion rally game from Kemco, released in the Fall of 1997, still remains and proves to be the best rally game on the N64. Ever since the godawful MRC from Imagineer, N64 gamers had to wait until later that Fall to see some...

Excellent visuals, paint shop, and fun factor = fun game

Paint shop takes up a whopping 62 pages for each edited car, some poor physics, and some

Boring, but with Great Graphics

Top Gear Rally is extremely boring, however the graphics are excellent and the almost (not quite) makes the game worth playing. The courses are hard to master, and, if you don't have a controller pack, you cannot save how far you have gotten. After a...

Over the hill and through the woods..

Top Gear Rally is the only racing game I really like. All the other ones I've played ten to be much alike, with snazzy sports cars zooming all over a city. Top Gear Rally is different in that it boasts a variety of tracks, lighting and weather conditions.

Great game, neat tracks, highly customizable

TOP GEAR RALLY :(

When i first bought the game i was pretty amazed on how good the game was and the graphics were nice too! You can play a 1 or 2 player game, time trials, practice, and tournaments. You can also design your own cars to race with. You get to pick all the...

Inexspensive and Good Graphics

Doesn't last a long time

What Rally Racing is all about.

If you are a fan of racing games Top Gear Rally one game you should not pass up. One of the first games to be released for the N64 and still probably better than most N64 racing games. I've played a lot of racing games for the 64 and playstation and...

Near the "Top" of the Heap

I can fondly recall Kemco/Seika (producers of Top Gear Rally) from the days of Shadowgate and Deja Vu on the NES. And their past work lives on, with re-releases of their old 8-bit hits on the resurgent Game Boy.

Just the way a game should be

Not that spectacular

Vroom vroom...

I sure hope you're good with the lever because you can't use the lil arrows key on the controller! This is a rather tough game for the... lever-using-challenged? I guess that's how one could put that into words. Anyways, you need a control pak to save...
