Terrible rice coker

" Purchased brand new. Very disappointed with quality of cooked rice. Bottom of pot is burnt and very hard to clean since rice is very stuck on the bottom. Top half of pot, the rice turned out fine, but bottom half of pot the rice is really mushy....

Useful tool, difficult to use, incomplete insts.

" Seems that this device does not switch over from "cook" to "warm" as the manual claims: "6. When the rice is cooked, the switch will move up to the keep warm, and the light indicating 'WARM' will be on instead. This shows that the warming function is...

Convenient , when it works it produces great rice.

Did not meet expectations , Poor documentation , Difficult to use , no steamer attachment
