I was also tricked by $30 coupon

Thank you NewEgg but I am going back to some very ordinary rice cooker brand which are way cheaper compared to Rosewill but has awesome reviews...I will never again fall trap for these $30 coupon...

Cooks rice well; Steams well; Brown rice and White rice both cooked well

Less than 1 year life span for a rice cooker that is valued more than some of other big brands My sanyo rice cooker lasted for 6 years; this rosewill rice cooker lasted for less than 1 year No way to clean the mess upside Lots of sedimentation where...

Something Isn't Right About This Ricecooker

In all, I'm having serious doubts about this one. I've used my Tiger for more than a decade. If it weren't for the starchy mess it makes with brown rice, I wouldn't have tried this "fuzzy logic" device. I'm not sure I made the right choice.

-Large, does not spill out starchy liquid like my old Tiger rice cooker that I've had for 12 years.

I cook brown jasmine rice primarily with this cooker. Anyone who has ever cooked brown rice knows it takes longer than white jasmine rice. This rice cooker would frequently go from cooking to warm mode quickly and generate a burning smell within 15...

Fuzzy Logic Awesomeness

I will definintly buy this again from Roswill if it breaks down. All I need is to get another insert for it. Just to have on hand. I got this large one because I cook a lot for a big family. The smaller one works great for a couple . ;)

I can't name all the pro's but this rice cooker has not once let me down. I've cooked Jasmine rice and short grain Botan rice with it. Comes out epically perfect. I usually use Nishiki short grain brown rice and beautiful just cannot go wrong with...

SO far I have not yet seen any CON's about it. For some it may be clunky space taker but it serves it's purpose so it's not really a con. Because that space it takes up is a space it pays for it's self. In otherwords. It deserves to take up that space...

Review for Rosewill RHRC-13002 Fuzzy Logic Rice Cooker

If you want a great Fuzzy Logic Rice Cooker, this product is not that bad at all! I was very worried and hesitant to purchase it, but after using it for over 2 months now...I know I made the right choice. There are OTHER named brands out there with...

-Great rice cooker for the price (got it for $65 after tax & shipping) -Large enough for 20 cooked cups of rice -LCD display is awesome, gives heads up of a lot of information such as temperature, time, etc. -comes with 8 pre-programmed modes although...

Super bulky - it takes a lot of counter space Rice Warm button only keeps the rice warm for 12 hours at a time, need a button to keep the rice warm ALL OF THE TIME! Both of these are just minor gripes....no stars taken away.

Burns rice

I have the 20 cup model since May 2014 (little over 6 months). You need to be constantly stirring the rice so that it does not get burn at the bottom, defeating the purpose on an automatic rice cooker. If let unattended, either the rice will be a...

You need to constantly monitor it

Amazing Quality

Rosewill is proving to be a solid company for products. Similar to another company that creates quality products, the idea is to provide quality products at prices affordable for average people. I use this daily for most part. So far so good.

None that i am aware of

Works Great

Cooks white and brown rice perfectly. There is a brown function built in, but its not actually for brown rice. Its a stone pot function so the rice in the bottom of the cooker cooks a little crunchy. I LOVE IT! Have also steamed vegetables, potatoes,...

My only beef with the product was probably intended to be a "feature." It only seems to keep your rice warm for 12 hours. then it will simply stop warming the rice. Ah well. I just make smaller fresh batches now.

No Preset timer for brown rice

Cooks good

There is no preset time for brown rice, like you can set the cooker to start/end after certain time for brown rice.
