Excellent

Would purchase this model again except I am now looking for one with a timing function. It also is great for cooking dumplings. You really can't go back to stove-top rice after using a rice cooker. It makes a huge difference!

Worked well for 5 years until my friend used a metal spoon to scoop. great for steaming.

The condesation catcher doesn't really work. So occasionally you will get a bit of a mess.

Terrible

Would not buy again, trying to find a Toshiba one as i hear they are good but expensive. Get what you pay for i guess!

Looks good, cooks quickly and keeps rice warm and fresh for a few hours. Good value for money.

No electronic timer which would be handy for steaming veges. Drain container on back of unit doesnt collect much condensate as it ends up running down back of unit and making a sticky mess on bench. Good idea but poorly designed! Condensate also runs...
