Good for almost 2 years

Lid cannot be detached for cleaning; Stopped working in less than 2 years

We use to have this rice cooker brand and we loved it. It cooks rice the way it is expected. Beautiful design my mom just loves it. The price is way cheaper compared to any other vendor. Kudos to newegg.

- good size for big family

- the dripping reservoir that collects the steam always felt off while cooking - can't detach the lid for cleaning - it doesn't matter how many cups of water you added, the rice always burned on the bottom..very disappointed

I bought this for 32 dollar.

1. It seems like a defective one. The container is not in the center. 2. Tried several times then I can press down the button to make it cool. The button is not in right place. 3. Too tired to return it by mail. Hope it will work next time.

Very good price from newEgg, buy 2 for my rice consuming demand. should use this basic cooker to make rice, should not use it to keep warm and you 'll be Ok. The unit looks clean and decor is pretty. I like it.

After 1 month of use this rice cooker doesn't work anymore.

it barely do3s an average job of cooking rice

if you wait for bell to ding you will have burnt rice, steam vent on lid collects hot water in the concave top and could burn you bad. careful no kids close when opening as you could easily douse them with hot water. if I had paid more than 20.00 I...

Worst cooker...never buy...alwys had trouble...stopped working after 1 month...customer service response is worst....its too far in california
