Has some issues

 

Sleek design, nice huge buttons

Gets a 'white screen of death' from time to time. Has no reset button, thus you're stuck waiting for 20-30 minutes with it unplugged. With an office phone, this is a major inconvenience

Disappointed

 

I was so disappointed to find that there was no headphone jack on the cordless set. I would have been able to see this on phone and save myself a 50 mile return trip if the store didn't glue everything down so you can't pick it up and look at it.

Dollars well spent

 

I use VOIP for my phone service and works beautifully. Easy set up, easy to use. Speaker phone is outstanding ... many callers have commented on how good it is. They asked me if I got a new phone!

So far, this is a good phone for the price. My mother has had the same phone for awhile now and really likes it. The cordless keeps its charge for a really long time.
