I was looking to purchase a single line cordless phone. However, the description of the item online never listed it as an Accessory Handset Only - Requires base to operate. So, I will be returning it for one that can operate by itself. Disappointed.

This handset is an additional unit to be located within the residence. We could not ask for any better unit, service wise or cost wise. The handset is as clear in sound as the base. This product is well constructed and worth the cost.

Easy to use, solid good quality phone. Very pleased with this item; a very affordable price. Only thing I would say is that they describe it as white, it's really more of an off-white/grey which was EVEN BETTER for me!
