Difficult to program, terrible display and little small buttons that are hard to read. Voice quality is good, and size is good. But I definitely wouldn't recommend this phone.

Yes the nav key being the main component on the hand set has rendered the unit just about useless. Uniden said I could return it to get fixed, at a cost they could not give me. And for the price I paid this is a real inconvenience. But to buy a new one...

This phones works fine. The only issue is that the ring volume is kind of low. You really have to really listen to know the phone is ringing when the TV is on.

Bought the phone after reading Uniden reviews stating Uniden were the leading brand. Have had this phone only for a couple of years and its basically useless. Cant use the phone for extended periods as the battery drains - 30mins max.

Am not happy with this phone. Initially, I exchanged for another of the same model,thinking I just got a faulty phone when the answering machine wouldnt pick up in a timely manner. I should have taken it back and tried a different phone.
