Bought this model in April 2012. Once I had got used to how the systems worked it was easy to use and no trouble at all to add phone numbers to the phone book etc etc. I am very pleased with it.

The phone itself is fine. The recharging bases cost $25 apiece as replacement parts. Whatever the cost of buying this system, the cost of keeping it is too high. Disappointed in Panasonic.

Phoebe may be great, but I couldn't pair to my old phone sets so be careful what model you have. I tried to find a compatibility chart or something like it and never found one. My old phones look "almost" the same, but for some reason they would not pair.
