Arrived in reasonable time, everything appears in good condition. However as these are shown as refurbished, I did expect the belt clips & headsets to be included.

Every part of the telephone system works as advertised however, the battery on one of the hand sets was dead after about a year of use. The base hand set and answering machine continues to work OK.

I'm happy with this shredder.:) Looks sleek in my office. It works as advertised. (Be careful with gummy, adhesive labels however). It's a nice unit-stable, and rolls on it's own wheels.
