Great sound quality, no background noise. Returned a new Panasonic set in order to hold on to the old Uniden set. The Panasonic couldn't come close to the sound quality of this phone.

I was amazed to see no privacy feature on these, especially since the Panasonic web site description for this model shows that it is there. Its possible to evesdrop on an existing outside call by just picking up any of the four remaining handsets....
