The phone is a phone but it falls short of what I expected. When the description trippingly trilled it had 10 ringtones I imagined it meant I could allocate ringtones to people up to 10 different kinds. Not a bit of it. This facility doesn't exist....

The previous product from the same manufacturer became unreliable after 10 years use! I expect this model to perform equally as well

just what I was looking for - very good arrangement to reserve and collect - seemed to be fairly priced

Not happy with volume, not very loud at all. Hard to put in base,keep falling out. Will have to buy other phones to replace these. Have to put face down so we can just about hear ringing. Would never buy or recommend these to anyone.
