Good

Overall good phone and I would definitely keep it, but after everybody has said it constantly breaks down I'm a little nervous :S

I love the look of the phone and the adjustable volume which definitely helps us old people who are hard of hearing/

The address book doesn't store names, it only stores numbers which isn't great for the kids as their memories aren't as flash.
