Nice phone(s)

 

My wife and I have this phone (with 2 additional handsets). The range is good, low interference, easy to use. The features on the phones allow you to customize your setup so that the phone ringer in, say, your home office which may be next to the kids...

Lightweight, easy to use, bright screen, many features/options/ringtones, ability to add other kinds of devices like a camera

Might be a bit too pricey for the masses

Price is ok

The day of the week on the messages is always off by one day. Phonebook is very buggy. Wish I never bought it

Nice!

 

All in all not a bad buy :)

Alot of features. Multiple ring tones which you can configure fro people in your Phone book. Great sounding devices. Long range

Bright blue light on the chargers and the answering machine base can be annoyuing at night

Not as good as the B&W handset

 

Can have many devices on this C51 network. Colour display, can use the camera to set a backdrop.

Not as good as the B&W handset. VERY slow menu system. Range isn't as good as 2.4 Ghz phone and not as good as a 900 Mhz phone by far, because of the high frequency. The higher frequency makes the voice quality better though.

Ugh... volume is way too low

 

Not worth the trouble. I would take a pass on this one and go with a higher end phone that is sure to be loud enough.

It has nice flashy lights and some features you'd only see on cell phones (like 30-40 ringtones, etc)

I maxed out the volume and with just a little background noise I can barely hear the person on the other end of the line. It dims the volume whenever anything is spoken into the speaker so I have to wait till the other person finishes their piece...

Awesome price!

 

Products this works with: SD7561/SD7581 base units, SD7504 Camera, SD7505 Bluetooth Mobile Link.

For the price the Egg lets these go for, there really is no reason to get the SD7501 (standard) handset when expanding or setting up your phone system. If you decide to get the SD7504 camera later, you're all set up for maximum functionality. If using...

Not much, best cordless phone I have ever used. Highest ringer volume on some of the softer ringtones is a little too quiet.

awesome phone

 

Other motorola cordless phone models were not impressive that I tried, but this one is as good as as their cell phones (Which I do like)! This is the first cordless phone I actually feel is on par with most of the cell phones out there.

This is the best cordless phone I have ever used. Crystal clear digital sound on all 3 floors of my home, and loaded with all the features you would expect

Only includes (1) phone, so a 3 phone set is a bit pricey compared to bundled competitors
