Good reception and decent range when working

Works good as a phone and answering machine. Decent range and good sound quality

The features are worthless. You can't page all the handsets at once. You can't name the handsets. You can't use the handset while listening to messages. The phone book is overly complicated to use in fact all the menu features are overly complicated....

Some of the "programming" features are a little tedious, but not so bad. No real cons

Phones work well at first

They start to die after about 1.5 years of use and at 2 years you need a new phone...if you buy it and want it to last longer better look into insurance....note VTECH phones are even worse in this self destruct design

Much clearer than the Baby Bell products it replaced. Works great with my internet phone service p@acket8. Menu system easy to understand. Each phone can have its own ring (or choose a song..drives my wife nuts hehehe). Intercom feature great for house...

Very nice set of phones, sound quality is clear and the battery life is much better than our old Uniden phones. We charged these once and they didn't need to be charged for 5 days with both talk / idle time
