I've had these phones for 3 months and I've hated them ever since I bought them! The backlight keeps going blank so you can't see who's calling or what number you're dialing in a dark room, you can't answer two handsets simultaneously or pick up one...

I have to constantly charge the phones. They are not good for long conversations.

We needed a phone with remote access to use with a web phone number. You could rarely pick up the phones and answer it the first time, caller cannot hear you speaking. We plugged in our old phones and had not problems with any of these issues.

We had the phone for one week and were happy with the phones until we received a call in the middle of the night...there is no back light for the talk button or the end button. We are returning the phone back to the store today....

This product is by far better than my old Phones and was very easy to set up, the sound is great and the visual screen is bright and readable.
