bought item as always trusted this brand but had to return after one week to get refund as the handset developed a fault, when back to panasonic, no problems now.sound also crakley, would not recommend this phillips phone.

i know i'm cracking on a bit, but i found the setting-up instructions for the 'phone somewhat complicated. Even after 14 days after purchase I am still not 'au fait'

Great phone, I'm very pleased. The handset small, like a mobile handset.

Looks nice but we had to return it due to terrible sound quality. We tried it in various rooms but it didn't improve...we didn't know if it was where we were putting it or if it was faulty as the sound was so bad!

Bought this as a present for my mum, really nice stylish design and glossy finish, the handset is a little bit too lightweight I would say, and i think it is a little slow when pressing the buttons to view last call or looking through the menu options,...
